The Ukrainian companies have launched a bot for legal advice in cryptosphere

The Juscutum Law Firm, the developer of Cryptogroup cryptographic software and supplier of Paytomat software for cryptocurrency payments, announced the launch of the AILO bot for consultation in the field of cryptocurrency and blockchain. Paytomat representatives reported it to AIN.UA.

AILO is a chat-bot based on artificial intelligence, which provides advice for cryptosphere companies. This technology is able to advise jurisdictions, helps to draw up various investment contracts (a simple contract for future tokens and a token sale agreement), it also conducts Scam and Howey tests.

In addition, AILO is capable of drawing up a non-disclosure agreement, consulting agreement or a privacy notice for a website. Each document is finalized with consideration of personal user’s needs, its creators say. Scam and Howey Tests are conducted by the bot free of charge, other services are paid.

Bot developers describe the mechanism of its operation as follows: “The client answers a chain of AILO questions, which are then analyzed to classify his request and generate a separate legal document. Further the system creates an account directly on the website — a person makes payment, choosing a convenient form of cryptocurrency through Paytomat system, and specifies his e-mail. AILO generates a document in seconds and sends it by e-mail. Thus, the usual long-term and expensive legal advice procedure turns into a few clicks.”

Artem Afian, the Project Manager from Juscutum states that in the future AILO will be able to provide a full range of services for STO (Security Token offers), mining operations, trading, venture capital, and other areas. “We plan to scale AILO services for the entire blockchain industry. At the moment, our team has been developing an affiliate network and negotiating on cooperation with the best lawyers in cryptoregulation”, Afian adds.
